Behind the scenes progress is slowly being made on the completion of "The Orchard Community Centre" - the legal beagles are following through the formal transfer processes of the Section 106 contract, and Gallagher have been in discussion with South Cambs District Council over the final snagging works, and local residents from the Orchard Parl (Interim) Community Council have been involved in some of the meetings to agree priorities.

It's an understatement to say that a LOT has been going on...the attached document from South Cambs outlines some of ground already covered, the issues that are outstanding and likely options - this is by far the most informative document on the status of the community centre.
