- Applying a toner depending on your skin type.
- Applying moisturizer to hydrate your skin.
- Exfoliate your skin to remove the dead cells and other impurities

- Avoid too much exposure from the sun because this could result to premature skin aging or wrinkles. If you do need to, make sure that you use sunblock.
- Eat healthy foods that promote skin health.
- Whoever said that we all need our beauty rest is spot on. Getting that much needed rest and sleep not only rejuvenates us but at the same time, it also prevents us from getting skin breakouts because of stress.
- Remove that make up before going to bed. This will clog your pores causing your skin to break out.
- Avoid sleep lines by sleeping because this can cause wrinkles. You can either sleep on your back or use satin or silk pillowcases.
- Exfoliate, not just your face but your entire body.
- Don’t forget to give your feet some pampering too. Use moisturizer to keep the heels from cracking.
- Choose your beauty products carefully. You don’t want it too strong because it may irritate your skin. Get to know your skin type properly so you know which product is appropriate.
- Use olive oil to soften those cuticles. You can also use it to remove waterproof mascara.
- Be in the lookout for skin abnormalities. If you notice one, do not hesitate to see a doctor or a dermatologist so you will be given the right treatment.
